Here is a complete family room makeover, starting with a blank wall and an outdated fireplace surround and mantle, worked with Client in choosing custom solid walnut box beam type mantle (Client got to choose the exact piece of Walnut that makes up the stunning front of the mantle). I built all the cabinetry from sheets of 3/4" birch plywood, created a solid walnut edged countertop using walnut plywood, and matching open corner shelves. I built the Shelving units from solid poplar and faced them with solid walnut also.  Each shelf has integrated LED lighting (controllable by remote and phone apps) and has electric outlets integrated as well allowing for imaginative displays and more lights/electronics to be added as the Clients might desire. The top and bottom shelves are adjustable for height as well. Each of the cabinets houses 4 large pull-out shelves. The project really transformed the room!

This home was built in 1980 and had an original 1/2 bath on the main floor. Originally it housed a pedestal sink and zero storage. It was in need of better storage, better fixture, better lighting and a better toilet. this is the end result.

Subsequent pictures are the AFTER pictures, including a hearth with drawers, a pull out fireplace with room for storage behind it and a TV mounted on a hinged and gas strut assisted panel which houses a temperature controlled fan to vent the air in the media cabinet it covers. The ventilation automatically runs when the temperature reaches 90 degrees F and this ensures the best conditions for the computer and AV equipment stored in that cabinet.

This was a major bathroom overhaul, required a licensed plumber and electrician to do some of the work, but we did everything else including led back lighting the tub surround and under countertop edge. Tile, cabinetry and bead board ceiling really came together with the fixtures to create a spectacular space. 

Built a great front porch area, replacing old overgrown and out of control holly bushes that completely dominated this 12' x 8' space. 

Created a beautiful backyard deck feature with 2 custom Fiberglass planters and an Alpine LED lighted Fountain. it has quite a beautiful ambiance.
